CHALLENGE

Pricing is a delicate challenge for any product launch, especially when there’s no precedent for the product. Intuition Robotics commissioned MineMR to help them develop sales strategy for their cutting-edge tech product, ElliQ – an AI-powered voice activated device designed to connect older adults with their loved ones.

METHOD

Leveraging the Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Analysis, we estimated acceptable price ranges for the hardware, warranty, and the various tiers of the monthly subscription package. In addition to pricing, our research involved category attitudes and behavior analysis, feature testing, and target profiling.

RESULTS

Our insights translate into various aspects of the product launch strategy, including messaging, targeting, and sales, helping the Intuition Robotics team introduce ElliQ in the market with confidence.
